Pike CAC offers a broad range of employer paid benefits. They range from a Triple Option Consumer Driven hospitalization plan with varying co-pays to an employer sponsored retirement plan that pays 3% of an employees payroll into the plan without the employee paying anything. They provide a TSA in which they will match dollar for dollar the first 3% of each employees contribution into the plan. These retirement options provide a total of 6% employer contribution into retirement for the employee if they are willing to contribute 3% into the plan. This is not a practice of many employers in today’s marketplace.

Group Medical & Drug  

United Health Care (UHC) is our health insurance carrier. CAC has two plan options, which offer 4 levels of coverage.

 

Group Life and AD&D

The Jefferson Pilot 3 Tiers of Coverage              

                  $50,000; $40,000; $30,000

Agency pay 100% of premium

 

Group Long Term Disability

Jefferson Pilot 90-day Elimination,  

60% to $9000 monthly to social security normal           retirement age

Agency pays 100% of the premium

 

Retirement Plans

The MetLife Variable Annuities

Money Purchase Plan:

Agency pays 3% of payroll

TSA Plan:

Agency matches first 3% of employees contribution
