It is the mission of the Community Action Transit System (CATS) to provide safe, reliable, affordable and convenient transportation to all residents of Pike County, regardless of age, race, income or disability.

The Community Action Transit System (C.A.T.S.) is funded in part by the following sources:

Federal Transit Administration, Ohio Department of Transportation, Pike County Department of Job and Family Services, Community Services Block Grant, Ohio Elderly & Disabled Transit Fare Assistance Program, Community Action Committee of Pike County, Sponsored in part by a Title III grant under the Older Americans Act Administered through the Ohio Department of Aging and the Area Agency on Aging District #7 Rio Grande, Ohio.
